I found this half blue pill oval looks like a can only it says is 8 6 ## @jtv, I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean about it "looking like a can"? If it's half an oval pill, how do you consider this to be so? A 12.00 mm light blue oval (220mg) Naproxen sodium tablet with "L368" on one side and blank on the other, sounds like a close prospect (whereas if it were cut in half you'd see '68' or '89'). The main problem with having half a pill is that the other markings are the only thing that can narrow it down to something specific.
