Absolutely no number or letters on either side. Half white half light green ## If there are no markings, it is going to be almost impossible to positively identify. The only thing we can say for sure is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Does anyone else have any ideas?

I found some pills in my son's room. They are dark green/blue oval, football shaped pills, scored on one side, the scored side has a 4 and a 6, the opposite side has an E. I have to tell you that I am not familiar with a tablet that meets this description and I can't find a listing for it i the databases that I've checked. And in such cases, where your child may be in danger, you should always call poison control or proceed to your nearest emergency treatment facility immediately.
