Light Blue Oblong Pill w/ F L On One Side And 10 The Other!

I have found a pill in my grandmother's house. It's a small, oblong, very light blue, (actually almost white) tablet with the letters FL imprinted on one side, and the number 10 on the opposite side. Just curious of what it might be..... If anyone knows or can find out what it might be, that would be awesome. Thanks and much appreciated with any help.
