Identify pill I have an oblong peach colored pill with imprint of M or W on one side and says 575

I found a pill on my floor. It is an oblong light peach color with the imprint of W or M depending on how you hold it and on the other side it says 575. I believe it might be my levaquin or levofloxin? I couldn't find one exactly like it on the web. ## Hello, Vicki! How are you? Is the marking possibly W 545? If so, then yes it contains 500mgs of Levofloxacin. Can you please double check the imprint and let me know? Thanks!

tikosyn and antibiotics

i need an antibiotic for a UTI and i use Tikosyn..what antibotic is safe to use with tikosyn? ## Hello, Susan! How are you?
