What has been improved so dramatically since May that the price for generic Xyzal (for the uninsured) rose from $82 to $94? ## I am sorry, but since this site doesn't manufacture, nor sell any medications, I can't answer that question. The price can vary, at any given time, depending on the area you live in, the pharmacy you use and the price they had to pay for it. Have you tried other pharmacies to see if there is a cheaper price available?

I have also been on diamox and slow-k., along with drulatan and brimopress eye drops for my open-angle glaucoma. well please can u send me for which the Levokast,Pankind-D,o2 tablets are used in brief. ## Hello, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, but I'll provide some information for Levokast below. I haven't been able to find any information for Pankind- D. Levokast (as levocetirizine dihydrochloride) is a third-generation non-sedative antihistamine, developed from the second-generation antihistamine cetirizine. Chemically, levocetirizine is the active enantiomer of cetirizine. It is the R-enantiomer of the cetirizine racemate. Levocetirizine works by blocking histamine receptors. It does not prevent the actual release of histamine from mast cells, but prevents it binding to its receptors. The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. The capital R almost looks like a capital P with a line coming off it to look like an R. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. This pill has the same imprint of "R" on one side (of a score line) and "5" on the other; but is Elliptical / Oval shaped, as opposed to round. I know some people tend to regard something that's oval as round, so I thought best to double check on this one. For verification, the manufacturer of this pill is Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited. Pill is oval, scored on both sides, nothing on the back. "x" on both halves on the front. I found it at work. ## Hi Ron, A white oval pill with X X on it is reportedly identified as Xyzal allergy (24 hour) relief, containing 5mgs of levocetirizine. For verification, the National Drug Code is listed as 41167-3510. Finding allergy medicine at work doesn't strike me as anything of concern and seems like it could be fairly common. Hope this helps! ## This is identified as a 5mg Xyzal Allergy 24hr tablet (containing Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride) if it is like this photo here: [1]. Xyzal Allergy-Relief Pill Image
