i got an otc med is spain for cold/flu symtons called aurogrip granulado containiing fenelefrine are they same as Lemsip in uk and safe ? ## Hello, Gerri! How are you? However, they are different, Lemsip contains both the Phenylephrine and Paracetamol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and insomnia.
