What is the best remedy to ease the pain on lower back, hip bone and left leg? The doctor prescribbed me pain reliever tablet and muscle relaxant. Please I need a lot of help.Last Nov.27,3016 broke all bones in big toe. I had no insurance so couldn't see the bone doctor. In March out of nowhere I had severe hip,outer thigh,front lower shin pain.It even had me down on my knees when it felt like a bolt if lightening pain shot in left side of groin.I can't sleep or lay on my left hip,there is a hard bump on my hipbone and feels bruised outside of thigh.Sheets make my shin hurt worse also.I went to my new Dr.PC immediately he says hip bursitis no xray or anything sends me to PT.that appt took weeks to get&lastest2times.Was told it was much more than just bursitis of hip much more. I had my first shot in November, My back ached nothing major. That went away but I have severe muscle pain in my arm where the shot was given. I can barely lift my grand baby. I called my arthritic doc and he said oh he has not seen anyone with that complaint. I went to my primary doc who wanted me to go to PT . I said why are you sending me to PT when I am telling you I did nothing to cause damage to my arm except have this shot. I am left with un answered questions if prolia caused this and after reading posts afraid to take it again. I have severe multiple myeloma pain on my hips, more so on my left side. A steel pin has been inserted from my hip to my knee and screwed to the bone and spine-cemented. NO CONTROL OF THE PAIN. ONLY MINOR IMPROVEMENT. I have been taking MS Contin 30mg and Codeine phosphate 2 tabs twice a day. ## Has your doctor considered trying you on Oxycodone, or Fentanyl? I am not a doctor, but they are a couple of stronger options you can ask your doctor about trying. The NIH warns that these medications carry the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.

I am looking for doctor able to prescribe my oxycodone in col ohio. I am a recent amputee with a dead hip bone and just had major surgery on my left leg wich has left some bone exposed. My Dr. Sucks... I can't get 1mg of pain medication. Have sciatic pain, low back and left hip pains. AS well as a torn shoulder and in creased pain in neck and shoulders. Impingement under the collar bone. SUCKS.. some terrible pain. My Dr gave me prednisone, gabapentin as well as tick tacks.. may as well all been tic tacks.. I have been in pain for over 12 years now and have lower/mid back pain*rotator cuff/tendon/arthritis in both l/r shoulder whit a serious bone spur in my right shoulder*migraine headaches*menicus tare in my left hip*and a menicus tare in my left knee with osteo/skeleton arthritis. So u all know I'm messed up. I'm seeing a new pain doctor next Friday and I am a bit nervous and don't know what to expect. My husband and I recently moved here to South Carolina we have been trying to locate a good doctor to continue his roxy 30s and opana 15s. He has severe hip and leg pain due to a car accident in 2006 one in which left him in a coma for 7 days. He sustained major includes including a broken jaw which resulted in a 2in plate in his jaw as well as a 3in plate in his cheek bone. I have Sciatica, Spondeliosis, Degenerative Disc Disease and Fibromyalgia in both my hips & legs, I have had 3 sets of nerve blocker injections that did not help. Seven months ago,I have an operation on the left hip bone and the operation was succesfull. I HAVE OA AND need both knees and right hip replaced, I also have bone infarcts in both legs and in 2003 had a car accident that broke my neck c5,c6 &c7 along with damaging L5 -S1 disc herniation effacing the right S1 nerve root. my sciatic nerve is pinched and the pain is indescribable. My mom is suffering from hip bone pain & joint pain. I want to know that this medicine is right for my mom's treatment & if there are any side effects? ## My mother had her left hip replaced in 2012. Along with a few medicines (for few days)...she was advised "to continue" Osteokit. Since then she has not missed a single dose of it in the last 5 years. We take a calcium test every year...and hers is approx. 8.9/9.0. She is 82 yrs old....active and healthy. She is doing fine and does not have any complaints (including digestion problems). I read that the primary side effect of continuing Osteokit could be kidney stones and am worried. Kindly advise if we may discontinue treatment?
