My husband suffering from high bp from past 9 years,his current age is 31,recently we came to know the reason it's due to primary hyperaldosteronism ,now he is under medication with above tablets but still his bp in the early morning is 190/143,he I'd also under low salt diet,what we should do control his hbp ## Wow! That is a really high reading. How long has he been taking these medications? Most of them will take about 4 to 5 weeks to reach their full level of efficacy in the body.
