Oxycodone 30mg, blue, round, a215 print ## Did you get these pills from a reputable pharmacy, like Walgreens, CVS, etc? At first I was thinking you should be fine as long as they have the same Manufacturer: Actavis & National Drug Code (NDC): 52152-0215. But then after doing more research, I found that others have claimed this pill to be fake. Here is a quote from someone that compared their fake ones to their normal ones: "the ONLY (and I mean ONLY) differences are that the fake ones have a SLIGHTLY larger print of A 215 on it and the pill itself is SLIGHTLY larger and the color is SLIGHTLY bluer than a typical A." The counterfeit a215s are a darker blue and look just a little larger...I have seen real 20mg percs and they were a grey color and I filled a prescription for some 15s from giant pharmacy and they were peach colored. ## User reports suggest that there is a bad ex or speed-like chemical in these pills. Many many ER visits and even a few deaths from these counterfeit pills.
