Any idea what it is? ## The closest match I'm finding to this description is that of a large white oblong pill, with "R" and "1" spaced apart on the front of the pill. The back side of the pill reads "JANSSEN". This pill is identified as an antipsychotic medication, Risperdal 1 mg. I found a white large oblong pill with a M in a box and 30 printed on the same side. Not an imprint, just printed. Is this like off brand Tylenol? ## No, there is no listing for any tablets with this marking that match this description. The M in a box is the logo used by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they do not print their logo on any of their products, they are all imprinted into the tablets. Thus, I think you might have found some fake tablets and it would most likely be best to just dispose of them. Is there anything else I can help with?
