Large White Pill With A

I have found this pill in my 97 year old dads drawer and am worried about it. It looks serious. I've spent countless times researching this and it comes up as the wrong pill! It is a dime sized thick pill with L468 on one side and blank on the other. Please help ## From what I can find, it's listed as being a calcium carbonate tablet, similar to Tums, used to treat heart burn, acid indigestion and as a calcium supplement. Is there anything else I can help with?

I was tired one day at work, a person gave me round pill half the size of a dime with no markings on either side. They told me they was givin the pill while they were over seas in the war? What could this be? ## With no markings and likely being from a foreign source, it is going to be difficult to determine what the tablet contained. Have you tried asking them about it?

All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Since the word "Pain" is written on the bottle top, I can only guess that the pills are some kind of OTC pain medication like Acetaminophen, Excedrin, or Tylenol. Where did you find the pills?

This is a large round white pill with markings only on one side. It's imprinted with a N and a C and is partially scored between the letters. I was prescribed this medication while in Singapore and although I know it's a muscle relaxer with caffeine added, which is randon, I can't remember what the prescribing Dr said the muscle relaxant was.
