P with a circle around it ## That's a pretty vague imprint and it's going to be hard to narrow down what this is. There is a similar logo on Primatene pills, however, they are round, not oval and they are also yellow. That said, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Can you provide anymore information on it?

All Rx and OTC drugs in the U.S. are required by law to have an imprint; otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit. Since the word "Pain" is written on the bottle top, I can only guess that the pills are some kind of OTC pain medication like Acetaminophen, Excedrin, or Tylenol. Where did you find the pills?

The feedback that was posted there depicts this as being a supplement and not a drug - Quite possibly a collagen supplement or perhaps something else used for skin wrinkles and stronger nails. I have a large white oval/oblong pill with N in the middle of one side and closer to the (opposite) edge of the pill on the reverse side is 800 imprinted on it. I was told it's for sleep but it's larger than any I've taken before and I can't locate it on the internet.

The other side has “xenuciM” printed on it. It seems like Mucinex backwards and spelled wrong. Are there fake Mucinex pills? ## I can't imagine why anyone would try to counterfeit a cheap over-the-counter expectorant such as Mucinex, with very little if any financial incentive. Whereabouts did you get this pill from? Was it found within an existing batch? If so, I wonder if it could simply be an imprint error from the manufacturer... If it were me, I'd probably take it into a local pharmacy for a second opinion because that's definitely not normal. On the other hand, where or how you acquired it could also speak for itself. Teva lists this tablet as containing 600mgs of Gabapentin. It is an anticonvulsant that is used to prevent seizures, and to treat certain types of nerve disorders. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes. Can you please double check the imprint and post back?
