I found half of a pill ending with 57 and is blank on the other side. It's large white and oblong. ## Knowing only part of the imprint leaves it open to several possibilities. Just to give some examples, there's a 5mg Buspirone tablet that meets this description with the marking 657. There's a generic Vicodin tablet, which contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone with the marking M357. There's a Sulfadiazine tablet with the marking E757. And that is just some of the tablets that are listed that incorporate the 57 into the end of the imprint. Where was it found?

Checking to see if you can tell me what a white oblong pill with no markings except a score on 1 side is. My Dad has been taking them and within a few hours of taking it, he is slurring his words and stumbling around. Need to find out what they are. Thanks ## I'd take it to a pharmacy they should be able to tell you what it is, I don't know of any narcotic that doesn't have some sort of marking. If you find out please post, you have me curious ## Deb is correct, a narcotic that's available for prescription in the U.S. would have some type of marking to enable its identification, the same is true of all other prescription products. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products and there are some that can cause those types of symptoms if taken...

I just filled my prescription and i recieved a white obling pill with ip204 on it but it did not feel as strong as strong as ones previous prescribed. Are generics weaker? ## There can be some slight differences in the amount of the active ingredient in generic medications. How long have you been taking this one? If it's only been a few days, then you may just need to give your body time to adjust to the amounts that are in this tablet. Learn more Percocet details here. ## While pharmacies/pharmacists will tell you there is little to no difference between different generics and brand, (claiming they all contain the exact same/and amount if the active ingredients "oxycodone" ) but I can tell you first hand there are very large differences. Watson used to make the best generic...

found some large oblong white pills that were cut in half. They were in a pill box with tylenol and advil. These white ones had no marking except for a vertical line down the middle where they were cut in half. Any clues to what they may be? ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down exactly what these tablets may contain. We can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required by law to have unique markings to enable their identification. However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items, there is even a small chance it could be a foreign medication. Did you find these in the U.S.? Does anyone else have a idea of what these might be? ## the small white oblong tablets are being sold ...

My friend gave me 2 pills she claimed were extra strength excedrine, but I had my doubts. They were bright red, no markings, and shaped like the white excedrine migraine. She gave them to me because I told her I was tired, but they really did not have any effect that I was aware of. She claimed the caffein would pep me up a bit, but it didn't. ## If there were no markings on them, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what they were. It is possible that they were a generic or store brand of Excedrin Migraine, which would contain Acetaminophen, Aspirin and Caffeine. The amount of caffeine in each tablet is only 65mgs, so if you are used to ingesting large amounts of it, such as in coffee or sodas, then it probably wouldn't have much of an effect on you. However, in the...

trying to id a pill: it is large, oval/oblong with Rx on one side and 360 on other ## I was not able to find an exact match for RX 360. The closest thing I could find was a white oblong tablet with RX 860 on it. Do you think there is any way that the 8 could have been mistaken as a 3? If so, RX 860 is Metformin extended release 500 mg, used in treating type II diabetes.

So confused. Found this in ex's med dispenser. May be from Canada but not sure. Checked all the pill identifiers and no luck. I know that since it has no markings it will be very difficult but I'm hoping someone here will know. It does have a matte finish on it not shiny. I don't want to flush it if it is a narcotic but I don't want to take it to the hospital for disposal because they might think it's mine when it isn't. Catch 22 here, does anyone know what it is? It is a large (horse pill) in size kinda oblong but thinner on the ends compared to the middle. No markings at all and scored on one side in the middle. ## If it has no markings, it is most likely just something that's available over the counter, because even prescription medications from Canada hav...

very large round white pill with the letters RP101 on it ## I cannot find this listed in any of our databases. Can you provide anymore information, such as what country you are in? ## Is it possible that you have confused the letter R with the letter A ? They could look very similar, especially on pill markings. The reason I ask is because there's a white oblong tablet out there with the marking AP 101. This is known as Extendryl SR which contains Chlorpheniramine Maleate 8 mg + Methscopolamine Nitrate 2.5 mg + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 20 mg. It is a combination of Antihistamine, Decongestant, and Anticholinergic medications which is used to treat the nasal congestion and runny nose caused by allergies or the common cold. ## Its generic walgreens rolaids, taste it seriously ## Th...

It is beta blocker that is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, dizziness and stomach pain. When looking at it vertically, it has an indention running all the way around. It was found in my grandmother's (who was in a retirement home at the time) pill container that seperated her pills into morning noon and night. ## I found a small oval white gel capsule looking exactly as you described - no markings other than an indentation running lenghtwise around the capsule. I'd like to know what it is. ## Off-white oblong liquid-filled gel capsule, vertical indentation running lengthwise, with no markings is Nature's Bounty Melatonin ## Hello, Unfortunately the FDA requires that any regulated medication be identifiable by it's physical appearance (color, shape, imprint, size etc.) and because this pill does not have an imprint it is not likely that it is medication. I HAVE A WHITE LARGE OBLONG PILL ROUNDED AT BOTH ENDS THE SHAPE OF A MOTRIN, SCORED IN THE MIDDLE. ONE SIDE IS BLANK. THE OTHER HAS PAN 16 ON IT. IT WAS GIVEN TO ME FROM A FRIEND AFTER MY HAND SURGERY BUT I NEVER TOOK IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS. CAN ANY ONE TELL ME? ## Hello, Rita! How are you? Is the marking possibly AN 15? If so, then this is Panadeine Extra, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 15mgs of Codeine. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Medications such as this with the higher amounts of Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) in them are no longer available in the U.S. Is there anything else I can help with?

Large oval chalky white pill with the letters ABRS 123, scored ## I just posted this on another page here, but again...it is potassium chloride 20mgeq. It is used to level out one's potassium level and to keep the body at the right salt levels. Be careful of extreme thirst, dry mouth, sweating. ## Thank you! I didn't see it the other day. These pills were mixed in with one of my prescriptions, I'm glad I didn't take it by accident. ## Do you have a history of kidney stones? Potassium is used a lot for this. ## No, it was mixed in with my prescription with my pain medicine. ## On the ABRS 123 pill I noticed you put oval - it is oblong (a very big pill) - Does it matter? ## No, it does not make a difference. I knew exactly what you were talking about, and...they are big, h...

Ok, I don't care what people say, pharmacy or manufacturer, the yellow norcos are stronger and work different. It is getting extremely more and more difficult to find the yellow norcos. From what I can tell, the major pharmacy's, ie: WalMart, cvs, Walgreens, target, etc, all have either the plain white ones, it the white ones with reddish/pinkish dots on them, and the smaller mom and pop(good neighborhood pharmacy's) have the yellow. Last month I filled mine at target, got the white oblong norcos (10/325). Today, I filled mine at a small good neighborhood pharmacy in Ontario, California, name available upon request, and I got the yellow Watson Norco. Again, huge difference. I don't think they quit making them, I just think that when buying in bulk as a large pharmacy doe...

I have a white tablet. It may be an out of date entexpse, humibid la, sulfatrim800,or ibuprofen 800mg. Imprint in only on one side: RC SPE with a line in center. It is large and white, oblong in shape. I need to find out, I see that other people can't find it either - that is why I think it is something expired. ## It doesn't necessarily mean that it is expired, it could mean that it is something available over the counter and those aren't required to have their imprints logged with the FDA. Since I haven't been able to find any listings for this, I have to make the guess that it is probably something that's available over the counter. Does anyone recognize this tablet?

white pill scored in middle ## Are there any other letters on the pill? The reason I ask is because I ran a search and the only pill which came up as a close visual match is a white oblong tablet, with M360 on one side, and a score mark in the middle of the other side. If this is what you have then it's a common mix of Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone (essentially a generic Vicodin), which is a narcotic pain killer. If this is not what you have (if there is not an M in the imprint code), then can you please post back with any other details you might have? Shape / color / size / etc ? Hope this helps. ## trying to identify large oval /oblong pill with 360 on one side and Rx on the other ## I was not able to find an exact match for RX 360.
