Its alittle smaller then a dime.theres nothing else to descibe? ## Hi, Martha! How are you? If it has no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification. Which means that it's most likely an over the counter product and that leaves it open to a very large number of possibilities. However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found? Does anyone have an idea of what this tablet may contain?

large light pink pill line on it no other markings ## I'm sorry, but if there are no markings, it will be virtually impossible to positively identify. The only thing we can say for certain is that it is not a legal U.S. prescription medication. Otherwise, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, including supplements. I am sorry and wish I could help you more!

Pill that is red and has an X that goes from end-to-end on one side and blank on the other - Does anyone have any idea what it might be? Oxycodone maybe? ## All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required by law to have unique imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Therefore, since this one only has that score line, we can rule it out as being any type of prescription product, which means that it is most likely something that's available over the counter. That leaves it open to many possibilities. I haven't found anything that matches this description, yet…but I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## Hello i have the same pill . but it came in a perc. Pouch. Punch out . but do...

Found a pill in the restaraunt which belongs to one of the diners, would like to know if it's important enough to try and locate the owners. Pill is fairly large (~1 cm), round and white. The one side is entirely blank with no lines. The other size has a large "M" in the center (not in a box). I've tried looking through the forums but I don't see anything like that. From the lack of code\dosage marks I assume it's not a perscription drug, but I'd still like to make sure. Thank you very much!

Large round pinkish peach pill with a P and 75 underneathe on one side and blank on the other side!! This tablet contains 75mgs of controlled release Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Learn more Diclofenac details here. If the p 75 looks like it's stamped on the pill in black then it's Diclorenac Sodium which is an anti Inflamatory. ## If the p 75 is in an imprint (not in black) then you have a Zantac. had a party and afterwards found a few pills laying on my floor near the bed....just wondering if they are generic OTC pain relievers or something else??? ## If there are no markings on them, it is going to be difficult to determine what they contain. We can rule them out as being U.S. prescription medications, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, yes, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, but there is also a small chance that they could be a foreign medication. Have you tried asking anyone if they lost anything?

trying to identify this pill. Was told it was Codeine and Tylenol. Cant find information on this pill. ## Hello, Peggy! How are you? I'm sorry, but I haven't been able to find anything matching this description, so far. And the rather obscure imprint leads me to doubt it's any prescription medication, it's most likely an over the counter product of some type. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## That is acetaminophen cosine it's just a form of tylenol with codeine in it

Round blank and on other side 111(large and centered) ## @AI, There is a round white pill with "111" on one side (above a score line) and blank on the back. It's reportedly identified as a 0.5mg orally disintegrating alprazolam tablet. For verification, the manufacturer is Par Pharmaceuticals and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 49884-0111. It's also approximately 10 millimeters in size. I hope this helps!

This is a rather large white oval tablet with 13 and 2 on one side and blank on the other, scored down the middle. What is it? I can't find any information. Any help would be much appreciated! ## @ARA, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is an 800mg Gabapentin tablet, used for neuropathic pain. It's depicted as a white oblong shaped pill imprinted with "G | 13" on one side and blank on the other -(but scored down the center on both sides). The only logical thing I can think of is that you may have misinterpreted the G for a 2 depending on the condition of the pill. For reference, this particular tablet is reported to be approximately 19mm in size and is manufactured by a company called Glenmark Generics. Any chance this could be your pill? ## No,...

thick round white pill 43 on one side blank on the other ## I've tried searching for this in the databases, both under the number 43 and 48, just in case, but I am not finding anything. This leads me to suspect that it may be something available over the counter and, in that case, it could be any one of a large number of products. There is also a small chance it could be a foreign medication that isn't from the U.S. What country was it found in?

It may be in your best interest to contact the manufacturer directly via their webpage (linked below) for some sort of verifiable information that confirms this match: intaspharma contact page Please post back if you happen to find out anything more about this pill, so that others may learn more about it too.
