Butalbital itself is a barbiturate and I do agree that the muscle relaxing properties of this medication can be habit forming. However, this alone should not deter patients from using it if that's the only discrepancy. I am a 67 yr old white woman who had been taking Dexilant 60 mg for over 10 years for Hiatus Hernia and Gerd. When I was on Empliyer Insurance I maybe received $50 toward each Dexilant prescription. Now I am on Medicare Plan F Prescription Ins. And Dexilant, (company) will not help senior citizens at all? I am through the loop end of my Medicare Prescription plan and Dexilant went from $93 for 3 months to $282 for 3 months. Lannett 1552 green/yellow ## I have a capsule (dark green/light green) with imprint Lannett 1552 What is this? I can't find it anywhere. ## Its Asprin 325 mg. Butalbital 50 mg. And Caffeine 40 mg. What about otolith? Any success in treatment? I've been languishing for a week waiting for the only doctor in my town who trays it to come back from vacation. It's totally debilitating and I can literally do nothing. For someone who had never been seasick, it's a terrible experience to to have the permanent impression of being worse off than Nelson at Trafalgar. ## Since posting the above I've been treated twice by the ears nose and throat specialist who masters the method. First time without success and the second time partial success. I still feel like I've been torn from bed without warning and quite weak, in addition to occasional vertigo and the odd headache. After roughly 6 years of taking Dexilant 60mg my insurance will no longer cover it. Are there any OTC medications I can use to take its place? i, 51 yrs. diabetic for 24 yrs., was advised to take Jalra M50/500 when insulin rapid (15-15) was being taken twice with glyzid 80 (removed with 10-10-10 U dosages of rapid when jalra introduced) at lunch and 46U lantus at dinner by a doctor. he ignored my s.creatinine levels of 1.3. after 7 months creatinine levels increased to 1.5. another doc i consulted adviced to stop Jalra M 50/500. saya Jalra M 50/500 should not have been started? ## Hi , So post stopping Jalra , did your creatinine levels come back to normal ?
