I have been taking this medicine for the last 9 months. Whenever my dose is increased above 100mg i am facing body aches. I have been taking Epitec 25mg for almost 2 weeks now and am due to start the 50mg soon. Began taking morphine in 2013. Thought my Addictions were behind me with family happy as I was. 6 months later on a dosage of 140 mg daily I’d gained 40 lbs, legs were swollen from arthritis and all I could eat was sugared cereal and drumsticks. I felt good until my weight hiked to 248 lbs. I was 100 lbs over my normal weight and sweating from menopause as well as side effects from meds. My psychiatrist put me on Epitec which I started last week Monday, I am on a very low dosage 25 mg X 2 weeks, 50 mg X 2 weeks, 100 mg X 2 weeks and 200 mg X 4 weeks.
