If I tAKE lamotrigine daily can i take acxion with it? I am having trouble loosing weight and was advised to take acxion. yet only my psych knows I take lamotrigine. ## Hi Liz, Based on my research there are no drug interactions found between Lamotrigine and Acxion (Phentermine). This does not necessarily mean no interactions exist, but my sources state that every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is accurate. what drugs will show a false positive for phentermine

I am prescribed lamotrigine, buspirone, lexapro, abilify, diazepam, naproxen, hydrocodone, mehylphenidate, nuvigil and sudogest. My dr did a urine test and sent it off to the lab who says it tested positive for phentermine.
