Lamictal And Wellbutrin

I started on Wellbutrin XL 150mg 10 days ago, taking it at 9pm nightly with my Lamictal. I'm exhausted, irritable, and depressed in the evenings. I know it takes up to a month for the Wellbutrin to take full effect, so could the medication be wearing off around 7? I feel like a functioning member of society (finally!!) during the day, but my poor SO is still seeing the grumpy, shut down woman in the evenings. ## It might not be the best for you, there are higher ones your doctor can prescribe for you. I tried Latuda starting a month and half ago. Had a very stressful trip home many variables featuring extreme changes and suffering around me. I thrive on stability. Got extremely distressed and angry and had problems sleeping. I think the medicine actually helped. Have always been very suicidal and was going to get home and shoot myself but did not. Since then had a couple of angry dwelling days but have had seven great productive days in a row now and very hopeful for this medicine. History. Over the past 15 years I've been on most all the anti-depressant medications on the market: effexor, celexa, paxil, cymbalta, wellbutrin, and prozac for a long time. I started with a new psychiatrist in January of this year and he started me on Viibryd (I'd been on 30mg prozac for the last ten years). He also put me on lamictal because, well, the more the merrier? Anyway, to make a long story short, I was doing pretty well on the Viibryd and Lamictal so I decided heck, I'll try and go off meds and see what happens. I titrated down over 3 months during this past summer and things went from bad to worse. Basically I became suicidally depressed so I quickly went back on Viibryd. I have been taking invega 3mg for about a year, and have started feeling like my heart is fluttering. I also got to the point where I felt like doing absolutely nothing, and gained 16 lbs. So I stopped taking it. I am feeling more like myself, but am having some anxiety. I also take 1mg xanax er twice a day, and that does help. I'm also on wellbutrin and lamictal.
