I have finished my pack of pills for a week now, but still i dont have my period... I used a PT after 4 days of finishing off my last pill and its negative. What could be the problem? I first tried Micropill last april. No, if you're already taking one, then you can just make a smooth transition and start taking the Trust pills in place of your old ones and you will still remain protected against pregnancy. It's only if you switch from a different form, such as if you were getting the shots and switched to the pills, then you may need to use backup method of contraception for awhile, or if you are new to taking them.
