L484 Tylenol

I looked at the pill upside down also and am not certain if this is a Tylenol or something else? Any ideas? ## @Jack, You had mentioned looking at the pill upside down also... Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? I'm only curious because there's a white oblong pill imprinted with "L484" that is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500 mg) and it's pretty much the exact opposite of your depiction when held right-side-up. Yes I found these in a generic Walmart brand of tylenol, 500 mg. I buy them all the time and they are normally printed with L484. I always check before I take them because I am on a lot of medication and don't want anything mixed up. Of course I just freaked out on my kids and husband thinking somebody had brought narcotics of some kind in to our house. ## Hi Kerri, Sorry to hear about what happened between you and your family. I found a white oblong pill with the markings L484 on one side and blank on the other. A friend said it was a generic form of Vocodin, and he wanted to swallow it. I took it back and told him that he was some kind of nut. I still have it and wanted to know if anyone knew what this pill is. After I find out I will throw it away. I feel like I have nerve damage in my left hand/arm. The ligament is gone in my hand and my arm gets bad pain. I take Aleve. I have no Aleve left, so can I take this pain pill (L484)? The first is larger with number only on one side. The second is smaller with indent for dividing in half on one side and number on the other. Also has large ^ with a small P under it in front of number. I think they are some Tylenol generic, but not sure. ## The pill in description marked L484 is Acetaminophen (500 mg).
