L434 White Oblong

What is a white oblong pill with "L434" on one side and nothing on the other? ## Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). Is it possible that you may have mistaken the "8" for a "3"?

wite oblong pill L434 ## I know you stated this pill to be oblong, but I was only able to locate a round pill with this marking in the drug databases. If you would like to know, the white pill I retrieved is a combination of Pseudoephedrine + Triprolidine + (60 mg - 2.5 mg). For more information, please click on the link below... What happens if you take 15 of them? ## Hello, Ryon! How are you? The marking is actually L434, this tablet is manufactured by Perrigo and they list it as containing 60mgs of Pseudoephedrine and 2.5mgs of Tripolodine. It is a cold remedy. Taking that many of them would result in overdose, the symptoms as listed by the FDA, may possibly include nausea, dizziness, nervousness, involuntary tics, trouble breathing, elevated heart rate, elevated blood pressure and there is a risk of it being fatal. Is there anything else I can help with?

What's the name and what's it used for? ## Hi Chetniks, Just out of curiosity, what shape is this pill you're describing? So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. I've also seen an oblong white pill imprinted with L484 - albeit the 8 could probably be mistaken for a 3 depending on the condition of the pill. [Acetaminophen 500mg] Lastly, I've also come across an oblong white pill imprinted with 44 334. [Acetaminophen 250 mg + Aspirin 250 mg + Caffeine 65 mg] Do any of these sound like a remote possibility? ## White oblong pill with 4434 on one side and blank on the other. I have a white oblong pill with no score, and has an L434 imprint on one side and nothing on the other side. Could this be a Lortab? ## Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484). Acetaminophen is a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). I hope this information helps! ## I can look different ways but if the pill has the letter L be...
