My daughter found pills in a Baggie at my ex wife's they to her recalection were oblong blue with L205 ## Hello, Job! How are you? I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find any with the a 205 on them. However, what I can tell you is that tablets with the L followed by 3 numbers that are blue and oval are over the counter products. Going by this description, if I had to make a guess, I'd take a stab at it being a store brand of Aleve, which is Naproxen Sodium that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this NSAID as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. SMALL OVAL PINK PILL WITH LETTERS ARO ON ONE SIDE AND L20 ON THE OTHER ## Is the marking possibly APO L20? Can you please double check and post back? Thanks! If so, Apotex lists this tablet as containing 20mgs of Lisinopril, which is used to treat high blood pressures, and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, hypotension, and increased urination.

I found a fairly large, round offwhite/yellowish pill with the inscription L201 on it. Is this oxycodone or some other type of pain reliever? I don't nor have taken anything like this, and it was found on my son's bedroom floor. Am very worried. ## I can't find a listing for a tablet with this marking, but I can tell you that is isn't Oxycodone, or any type of prescription medication. They are sold in many stores as the generic, or store brand of various products, such as Tylenol. Does anyone recognize this tablet? ## It is a Nicotine Losenge (Brand: Commit) for quitting smoking ciggarettes.
