My daughter found pills in a Baggie at my ex wife's they to her recalection were oblong blue with L205 ## Hello, Job! How are you? I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find any with the a 205 on them. However, what I can tell you is that tablets with the L followed by 3 numbers that are blue and oval are over the counter products. Going by this description, if I had to make a guess, I'd take a stab at it being a store brand of Aleve, which is Naproxen Sodium that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this NSAID as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. Red, oval caplet ## Drug manufactured with an L are only over the counter drugs, not prescriptions. This one is Acetaminophen 650mgs. ## This red caplet stamped L217 was found in a botttle of Tylenlos, Arthritis-650mg..
