its small with nothing on the back except for a line down the middle and it has L2 on the other side. It is light blue. ## I located a match for L 2, the only difference is the pill is more green than blue. Bright red pill marked L227 found twice in different M&M plain candy bags. Pretty upsetting don't you think? ## The pill in description is Acetaminophen (500 mg). Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). That is very disturbing to know that drugs are being placed into M&M candy bags. Where did you find these bags at? Were they left over from Halloween perhaps? I've heard similar stories from people experiencing this around halloween or easter when people are more susceptible to open a bag without thinking twice about it. I have a green pill with L2 engraved on it. Is this a Laxative or an anti diarrhea medication? ## I found two small oval pills, light green with L2 engraved on one side, and a cut line on the other side. These were on the floor, and they aren't mine. I was wondering what they are so I may be able to find out who dropped them here, and then yell at them because I have a preschooler at home. :) ## Yes, you are correct, they are an anti-diarrheal tablet, a generic or store brand Imodium.

white, oblong pill with L 2 imprint and scored in middle on the back. Cannot find anything on various sites ## I don't have sufficient evidence to say for sure, but the pill might be ibuprofen made by Perrigo. It's oblong and white, and the imprint can easily be mistaken for 12 or l2. The tablet is not scored as you say, but it does have a hifen (dash) in-between the "l-2". There's also an antidiarrheal tablet (by the name of Loperamide) that fits your pill description more accurately as far as being an oblong pill that is scored on the back with "L2" on the front. But this pill is very pale green as opposed to white. Any thoughts on either of these being a match? ## avid - thanks for your input. Definitely is a deep score, definitely is a capital L not an I....

My daughter found pills in a Baggie at my ex wife's they to her recalection were oblong blue with L205 ## Hello, Job! How are you? I'm sorry, but so far, I've not been able to find any with the a 205 on them. However, what I can tell you is that tablets with the L followed by 3 numbers that are blue and oval are over the counter products. Going by this description, if I had to make a guess, I'd take a stab at it being a store brand of Aleve, which is Naproxen Sodium that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this NSAID as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. I can't be sure, as I said, since I can't find a listing. I'll keep looking and post back, w...
