I have a green pill with L2 engraved on it. Is this a Laxative or an anti diarrhea medication? ## I found two small oval pills, light green with L2 engraved on one side, and a cut line on the other side. These were on the floor, and they aren't mine. its small with nothing on the back except for a line down the middle and it has L2 on the other side. It is light blue. ## I located a match for L 2, the only difference is the pill is more green than blue. And just like nenene said, it is not necessarily MS Contin, I realize many people think that is what they M stands for, but the letters on pills are usually just a company logo and have nothing to do with the actual active drug in the pill. I have been tweaking my dosage of Lisinipril with my PCP.
