My husband has these pills and we have no idea what there are for (no pill container, he tossed it out by mistake). They are very small, light yellow, oval, and on one side N02 the other side LU do you know what they for? I can't find anything on the net. I just received this UO3 from my pharmacy. Very little know about it. All I can find is that they are manufactured by an Indian (middle eastern). ## Hello, Butters! How are you? This pill is a generic for Percocet, a narcotic pain reliever. It contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, so it is very potent and highly addictive.

I was taking a walk and I found a sandwich bag full of these little round blue pills that say a215 with a line across them. Should I bring them to a pharmacy or the lost and found at the police station? ## Regardless of which you choose, the pills will be destroyed, no one is going to hang on to them and look for an owner. So, for proper disposal, your best bet is to take them to a pharmacy and tell them you found them and let them handle it. The company symbol is w for wyeth. ## There are several companies, actually, that use a W logo, including Watson Pharmaceuticals. Are there any additional markings on the pill, along with the W? That is the only way for me to identify it for you.

fairly large dark blue oval pill with no writing ## I'm sorry but if there are no markings on the tablet, it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. There are many pills on the market that meet this description, a lot of them are various vitamin supplements. Was it found in the U.S.?

I've even tried looking under the imprints separately, in case there was an error in one. It could be an over the counter item or a foreign medication. There is also a chance that it is something new, that hasn't been logged in the databases, yet. Do you have any other information? round white w on one side and on the other side has a number 1 on it ## I can't definitively say for sure, but based on others who have a white tablet imprinted with W on one side and 1 on the other, these are said to be identified as 1mg Ativan (Lorazepam) tablets, distributed by Sigma Pharmaceuticals in Australia. I found a small white pill with CG on one side. The second side is scored and has E on one side. I only have half a pill, not sure what would be on the other side of the score. I really need to know what it is. Most likely, it was not manufactured in the US.

The large round pill reading NL with 25 labeled directly below, is a Nicotine lozenge made by the brand Nicorette, that is why it has a somewhat pleasant taste. ## Thank you for the identification. Small round pill with the letter D on top with a line through the middle and the number 5 underneath. It appears to be white but I am not 100% sure of the colour. ## Hi Stacey, This question has been addressed in another thread regarding the same pill: My additional research also is in agreement (with the link above) that this pill is likely a 5mg Diazepam that is manufactured in Ireland.
