I would like to know if this cream contains alcohol. ## Hi Maria, In order to determine the list of inactive ingredients one would need to know who the manufacturer is or at least have a product on hand to check the label. Generic Betametasona + Clotrimazol + Gentamicina cream may contain any set of fillers if there's no way to identify who makes it or what the actual packaging has on it. However I do see that one company by the name of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals does use a combination of "benzyl alcohol + cetyl alcohol + stearyl alcohol" in their particular Clotrimazole + Betamethasone dipropionate cream [minus the Gentamicina]. About a year ago I started buying propranolol 40 mg from Walmart instead of CVS to save money. The drug company Walmart uses is Pliva. I take this beta blocker for tremors and the effectiveness of the Pliva brand pills seems inconsistent. I am considering switching back to CVS. Anybody else had a similar experience? ## There can be fluctuations from one company to the other, but there shouldn't be with the same dosage from the same company. Who manufactures the ones that CVS carries? Have you tried asking Wal-Mart what they would charge for them?

looking for the name of an old-fashioned sulfur-based liquid for treating wounds. It is BRIGHT yellow, thick and oily. It separates into the oil and yellow part if left standing and has to be shaken well before use. Used to use it extensively for animals although it is not specifically a veterinary medicine. I bought some in a pharmacy a few years ago. It is used on any difficult to heal or infected wounds either under a dressing or just on and in the wound. It is not Betadine or any other similar modern product. This is an old product that is still available. There are many, many generic drug manufacturing companies, and each company that makes these pills will make one that looks different and has different markings. There are no laws or rules that say all drugs with the same active ingredient have to look the same, they just have to have unique imprint markings for ID purposes, but how the pill looks, the size, shape, and color, is totally up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. Have been taking Eliquis 5 mg 2x day for almost 3 months. Seem to be having Stomach Pain, Abdominal Swelling, Bloating, Gas, Facial Swelling and lots of weight gain and water retention. Also brain fog and memory problems. (It's hard to tell how much of this is from Eliquis and how much from CHF associated with A-Fib. Also taking Beta Blocker and Digoxin.) Eliquis has been out long enough for the pharmaceutical company (BMS) to put out a REVISED list of side-effects, to reflect real-life patients' experiences. My husband was in mexico for a while and started using barmicil compuesto crema for his face due to a break out he continuously has.
