Is it harmful to take vitamin c 2000mg per day? I'm going to take glutathione pills for whitening skin. Its required to take double amount of vitamin c while taking glutathione. I have done the thing that you are about to do exactly the SAME. But nothing happened. What happened was that i got some white patches all over my body so i stopped taking it and then they were gone.
