Big yellow oval pill one side has two triangles with the tips facing each other with the number 4098. the other side says 500 ## I have some very similar except mine have the number 4099 and 750 on the other side. I think the 750 is the ml. They are the same color as yours with the 2 triangles. Hope you have luck finding inf0. I only say "may have" because my source does not show a photo of the pill; just a description that matches "A1" and that the pill is round and yellow. The yellow orange-ish pill with the imprinted V on one side and 4829 on the other is in fact oxycodone hydrochloride / acetaminophen 10/325. This means 10 mgs of oxycodone hydrochloride and 325 mg of acetaminophen. These are generic forms of percocet, roxicet. So yes, this is a perk 10, as people call it. The V everyone sees is actually an "N" standing for the brand name of certain medications "narcco" narcco is a company that manufactures pain medication and sells them at a generic price, thus reducing the cost of these prescription medication. Thick round, light yellow pill. Only marks are: P73 ## From what I've sen from other replies about this same pill is that this is a low dose (81 mg) aspirin. ## Small white pill with P73 printed on one side. ## I have read that this is a low dose asprin but there is an odor to the bottle I found and it has no label on it. it smells like vinegar. ## CVS Pharmacy does list this tablet as containing 81mgs of Aspirin, which is the dosage many people use for heart health, and blood thinning. NDC code: 50428-2302 The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
