I know the L followed by 3 additional numbers is used on over the counter products, which likely explains why I've not found it, they aren't required to list those with the FDA. However, I'll keep looking and post back when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## it is a 2mg nicotine lozenge from wegmans (store brand).

I have a pill that is light blue oblong caplet with imprint 734 and a triangle logo. It is unscored. Small round 739 on one side and M on the other ## Well, this one hasn't come up, before. Can you post back with anymore information? Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Is the M plain or is it in a box? What color is the tablet? It is white amd could it possibly be M 734? If so, then it contains 8mgs of Ondansetron, mostly used to help prevent nausea and vomiting.
