It's actually a fully compressed oblong tablet with a Blue removable capsule "cap" with a 5 on it - which apparently serves no purpose, as when it is removed from the tablet, nothing changes in the characteristics of the grey tablet, measures approx 2cm in length. big capsule....very light grey on one end blue on the other....the insides look like brown snuff in a way. Husband had them in a vitamin bottle so hid definately. ## Are you sure they aren't vitamins of some sort? If they are no markings on them, then they aren't a U.S. prescription medication, since they are required to have markings to enable their identification. Thus, they are most likely something that's available over the counter and there are many vitamins and supplements that meet this description. ## I found a capsule that is 1/2 blue & 1/2 grey with no markings. It's a capsule and it has dark blue on one end and on the other is a light blue and in between both of them there is a white or gray ring around the center of it. What is it? And what does it do if u take two of them? ## These contain Acetaminophen and Diphenhydramine; they are a generic or store brand of Tylenol PM. Found a clear, sealed, plastic bag with four different unidentified pills (no imprints or markings). They're all different sizes but two are elliptical - one reddish maroon and one with gray, white, and blue specks. The other two are sort of rectangular/elliptical and one is a lighter yellow and the other is tan with orange or red specks.
