L 482 Pill White Oblong

I have an unknown pill and was wondering what is was. I was told it was a percocet but I want to make sure. On one side of the pill it says 7.5 on the other side it says E796 it's a light pinkish color and oblong. ## You have a name brand percocet 7.5 ## round white pill with 311 E ## white round with E 311 ## oval plipa - 482 ## caspable brown & tan R 666 R666

Yellow, oblong V on one side, 4829 on the other. I have no idea if this is even a real pill. I've google'd it came up with Oxycodone and Acetaminophen 10/325, but cannot find a picture or any other kind of info.. I have 2 of them. The only difference is when you flip them, on one of them, the V will be right side up but the other side 4829 will be upside down. On the second pill, the V will be right side up, flip it, the 4829 will be right side up. If that makes any sense. I know that is one way to tell a fake from real but with these I have no idea because I don't even know if the pill is even a real pill period!! It's white, oblong, with no score marks, just the 105 on one side and it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, with 7.5mgs of Oxycodone. I have been taking this for a few months , just got increased from 7.5 / 325 the first two months was great they were white oblong with the imprint 10 / 325 on it ! I got filled last week and its yellow oblong with 4829 on it with a squiggly line on the other side and it does nothing at all , very frustrated , they say they have the same ingredients, I argued with the pharmacy , unless you take it , you don't understand how important it is to get the quality ones. If I ask the doctor to write brand name only what should it look like , or should I just ask to see them before I fill ? The pharmacist told me i could , but it doesn't look good !
