white oval ## i need to no what pill has a v on the back and the numbers 3598 on the front. it is a white oval pill. ## I believe that this pill is vicodin 5mg/500mg. It should have 5mg of hydrocodone (a narcotic pain reliever) and 500mg of acetaminophen (tylenol). ## I meant the pill that says v 3598 not the L404.

I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. Thank you in advance for any help identifying it. ## I think that the imprint being reported is actually L484 instead of L404. Is it possible that the '8' is just worn down? pink round pill/tablet? approx 1cm diam. ## It was prescribed to me as an anti-inflammatory tablet. I have tendonitis in my right shoulder joint. There is a lot of inflammation in the joint, and LPC I 400 was prescribed to me to have one tablet, three times a day, for two weeks. It is to both ease the pain and reduce inflammation of the joint.

No, Lortab contains Hydrocodone and Acetaminophen and it is only available with a maximum of 10mgs of they Hydrocodone. The only way someone would be able to get one with a higher amount of it would be if their doctor specially ordered it and had it made at a compounding pharmacy and, if that were the case, it would be in capsules.
