What is it? White oblong pill with tiny blue specks, scored and the the markings of K 35 on one side and plain white on the other side? I was told it is phentermine by a weight loss clinic. Is it? ## Hello, Rusty! How are you? Is the marking possibly K 25? If so, this tablet is manufactured by KVK Tech and yes, they do list it as containing 37.5mgs of Phentermine. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, anorexia and unpleasant taste.

K 25 IS IMPRINTED ON THE PILL AND IT IS WHITE AND BLUE SPECKELED OVAL SHAPED. ## This is an over the counter product sold as a cold remedy, it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 2mgs of Chlorpheneramine Maleate and 5mgs of Phenylephrine. ## This is Phentermine. It is just new (March 2008). Manufactured by KVK Tech. It is oval in shape with K on left side and the 25 on the right separated by a line. I got k 25 phentermine from Qualitest pharma inc kansas. Is this the real one. Looks different ## When I search for the K 25 imprint, the Phentermine (37.5 mg) is a white oval shaped pill, with blue specs, marked with K | 25, separated by a score line/divider. This particular pill is said to be manufactured by KVK Tech Inc. Can you possibly describe what your pill looks like? ## My K 25 looks like yours, only half as deep. I have a side by side .jpg of the two tabs, but no way to upload. The company's name is Qualitest pharma inc kansas and is apparently fake. I assume that it is a deliberate attempt to confuse people. Weight loss clinic says it's phentermine but I cannot find any information about any yellow and gray capsule marked K 26. The inner seal of the bottle it came in was broken when I opened the bottle.
