Hi as everyone who takes brand name Klonopin knows its on backorder. I have try the generic it don't work for me.. But that is at the same mg as the Brand. I was wondering if anyone has try the generic at a higher mg? And if so did it work like the brand name? ## Hi Sharon, Sorry to hear that the generic didn't end up working for you. I did want to point something out though that may be the reasoning as to why it's not as effective as the brand name (even at the same milligrams). I think it really comes down to the "inactive/non-medicinal" ingredients that they also put into these tablets. These ingredients are known to vary between brands and generics alike, but I have also heard that companies will often use cheaper binders and fillers in their generic versions to ...

I've been unable to find Klonopin (brand name) at any pharmacy. Although I've taken this medication for several years, this is the first time I've been unable to find it. I've been told the manufacturer (Roche) has it on backorder. Some say it's no longer available. I cannot take the generic as I get a serious migraine. Does anyone have any suggestions where I might get a Rx filled? ## Hello, Bonita! How are you? Yes, there seems to a shortage due to a recent sale of the manufacturer, but I can't find anything for sure on when it will be resolved. If you can't take the generic, then the best thing to do may be to speak with your doctor and try an alternative in the meantime, such as Xanax. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could caus...

I have been on Klonokin for 20 + years as it helps with my Dystonia. Look that condition up!.I don't trust generics, but that is for a good reason. Remember, Generic Drug manufactures can't be sued for medications they distribute. The FDA has instituted that policy-for reasons I 'll never understand. However, Klonopin is now available nationwide. Being frustrated, I call the manufacture of the medication-Roche Pharmaceuticals, and tonight I called again. They told me it is being distributed to Pharmacy's & Group Insurance companies as I type this. In case you want to call, this is the #---877-436-3683. Hopefully we will get the relief we need. Good Luck & GOD BLESS. Michael. ## Hello, Michael! How are you? I hope you can get your prescription filled soon. Klonopi...

My prescription for Brand Klonopin 0.5 mg tablets was just filled by my local CVS pharmacy. I had to pay for it out of pocket since my generic Rx had just been filled. ## Does the named brand klonopin work the same for you as it did before it was on backorder? ## @Sound4heaven, I would recommend looking into whether or not the manufacturer has made any changes to the list of inactive ingredients, since this aspect of a tablet also plays a role in the tablet's overall bioavailability. If there are no changes there, name brand Klonopin 0.5mg should theoretically work the same as before. But had this been a generic version of Clonazepam, then inconsistency could be a stronger possibility since it has been heavily speculated that the FDA allows manufacturers the leeway of having a plus ...

I have been taking Klonopin 1.0 for several years now, and it has worked great for me. Now I cannot find the name brand, and the generics do not seem to work for me. Can anyone advise me about this? ## The supply of named brand Klonopin is suppose to be available sometime this month. Look on the FDA website and type in Klonopin 2014 at the search bar near the right. In the meantime generics are available with no shortages. I've heard Teva generic is suppose to be as close to the named brand. I only tried one generic back in 2008 and I had a reaction to the inactive ingredients. Some generics work better for some people than others.

shape color and imprint on pill ## i would also like to know what drug is most similar to this one in treating anxiety. ## The brand name for Clonazepam would be Klonopin, there are also several other proprietary names it is sold under since the generics are available. It is a benzodiazepine, so there are several that will work similarly, such as Valium.

I want to see pictures of all 1 mg of klonopin! ## It says teva and I also wanted to know what markings 1 mg valium has? Is it a 34 with a weird r? ## Klonopin is available as both a generic and name brand, so I can't possible post pictures of all of them for you. If you need a pill identified, you need to make a post that includes the markings on the tablets in question, then someone can check for you to see what the tablet contains. Learn more Klonopin details here. However, the tablet with the R 34 is not a Valium or generic for it, it is a 1mg Clonazepam tablet, which is a generic for Klonopin. This medication is a Benzodiazepine, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. Is there anything else I...

I'd like to see the pill and mg per pill please - I know there are different kinds, just trying to get an idea. ## Klonopin is a name brand for the benzodiazepine Clonazepam, it is available as both a name brand and generic. I do not have any pictures to post for you, due to copyright reasons and, since it is also available as a generic, there are far too many of those to list the description and markings of all of them. The name brand, Klonopin descriptions are as follows: Blue, K ROCHE 1 K KLONOPIN (The K is a cut out in the middle of the tablet) 1mg The 0.5mg Klonopin has the same markings, except the 1 is replaced with 1/2 and the tablet is orange. The 2mg tablet is white and the number is replaced with a 2. In addition to the many generics, there are also orally dissolvable waf...

Does anyone know if the generic brand of Klonopin gives you headaches? ## Maria, I suffer from migraines & I have taken klonepin for awhile. It has never caused me a headache. It does, however, allow me slight relief. Good luck ## Unfortunately, almost everything known to man has headache listed among side effects, but somethings do have a significantly higher reputation for causing them than others. The PDR and other references often have listings for side effects by percentage, in other words, they may say how many patients reported headache. Try a google for klonipin headache side effect. Very often I see folks asking for information easily available on google searches, it just takes getting used to what search terms work best and sifting through the top ones to find useful respo...

5882 is the imprint that I am familiar with. ## In regards to a post like this, the first thing that needs to be made clear is that the colors don't actually mean anything. Yes, there have been some cases where a manufacturer used a different color for each dosage of a name brand medication, but they don't have to and they are free to change them at any time. And once a medication is available as a generic, then you can no longer count on the color coding matching, at all. To answer the dosage question, Clonazepam and the name brand Klonopin are available in dosages ranging from 0.125mgs up to a maximum of 2mgs. Learn more Klonopin details here. Is there anything I can help with? ## Are there orange tablets for klonopin? ## I worked in a pharmacy and I know exactly what clonopin...

yellow green and white pills that i want to know how many milagrams they are ## IMPRINTS AND PICTURES OF COLONOPIN ## I'm sorry, but there are far too many Klonopin pills on the market, between the generics and the name brand, for me to be able to post pictures and imprints of all of them. I also can't tell you anything from just the colors of the tablets, since the color actually means nothing. Once a medication is available in generic form, it can be manufactured by many different companies and all the tablets can look different and have different imprints. In order to identify a tablet and find out the dosage, you need to provide the imprint from the tablet(s) in question. Can you post back with this information, please?

1mg kolonopin color and writings ## The name brand 1mg Klonopin descriptions are as follows: Round, blue tablet with a K shape punched out of the middle and the marking K ROCHE 1 K Klonopin on it. The wafer that dissolves in the mouth is just a round, white tablet with the number 1 on it. These markings, however, are only relevant to the name brand and there are generics available, so if neither of these match the pill in question, please post back with the markings on them. Are either of these the tablets you have?

Hey can't find a pill my granddaughter asked me to look up.Said someone mentioned Watson.Wondering if it's over the counter? Cross between benadryl and clonipin.Told her not to take med's that aren't hers but still wondering what's out there. ## The brand name Watson is like Vicodin I do believe . It's true that you shouldn't take pills that are not prescibed.. Good luck. Lorelle ## Actually, Watson is not a name brand for anything, they are a manufacturer of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. They do make a generic for Vicodin, but they make many, many other medications as well and not all are narcotics. There is also nothing close to Klonopin that's available over the counter and it isn't remotely related to Benadryl and there is no cross medic...

i am confused by two different pills the pharmacy claims to be Klonapin -even though one of the pills is yellow and the other blue! How can both of these be the same dosage and pill? They told me it was due to a shortage from the company they placed their order with and didnt have enough to fill the blue ones i have always taken, i am nervous not knowing what these yellow pills actually are. The klonapin i have always taken is 1mg and rather oblong and very blue not YELLOW ## Hello, Todash19! Sorry about the confusion, I'm happy to clear this up for you. Klonopin is just the name brand, which is made for a certain period of time exclusively by one company….however, when the proprietary patent expires, a name brand medication will become available as a generic. The generics are...
