These symptoms could also be due to a different inactive ingredient. Stomach irritation can be a typical side effect of most nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications, though, as well as excess production of stomach acid. Thus, there are a few reasons you may be experiencing these issues. I'd suggest comparing the ina...

Is this a change or a mistake? ## Gary, I haven't been able to verify the 094 imprint on the tablet. Is this an over the counter product from the US? I didn't know that Costco has a tablet with methocarbamol in it, their website doesn't list it. ## Yes OTC in Canada Costco. I sent an email to the company to inquire - should hear back on Monday - will let you know what they say. ## Ah ok, that explains it. I'd be interested to know what you hear back. Made by Kirkland has methocarbaol in it. Would like to purchase. Bought over 2 years ago in canada from cosco but cant find on line. similar product? ## The primary problem with this is that Methocarbamol is a prescription product, that's why you're not finding it listed available, anywhere. Even if you did find it listed somewhere, since the U.S. classifies it as a prescription only medication, bring it in without one is considered illegal. Are there any questions or comments?

it is round, white and is blank on one side and 44 over 183 on the others side..i mean it looks like 54/543 ## I think it is Costco's Kirkland Signature brand equivalent to Excedrin. ## This is to edit my previous post, I should have said ASPIRN, not Excedrin. Sorry. ## Frank, you're right - I checked around for the pill IDs and found the following: 44 183 is in fact Aspirin, I think 325 mg. 54 543 is actually Roxicet - which contains the same active ingredients as Percocet. Be careful with this one. It is a strong narcotic pain reliever which contains Acetaminophen + Oxycodone. It is easy to overdose on this one. ## Yes, 44 183 is 325mg Aspirin. This is manufactured by LNK International who only make over the counter pills that are sold by various stores as their store brands an...

Was looking through my meds for Tylenol for arthritis & back pain (deteriorating spinal column) and found a vial of white oblong pills with L583 on one side. Are these Tylenol? ## I found pills meeting that description in my container of Kirkland Acetaminophen 650 mg. (Arthritis Pain relief) pills. ## From what I understand all of the imprints with "L" followed by three digits (e.g. L484, L583, etc) are indicative of various over-the-counter products; often manufactured by LNK International Inc. As far as the pill identity is concerned, it could be Acetaminophen as post #1 suggested, but I just came across a Kirkland Acetaminophen 650mg pill with a National Drug Code of 63981-544 that bears an imprint: L544 as opposed to L583. Oval tablet. Just found in an old purse and wondering why I have it there? ## Does this oval tab have the marking APO on the opposite side of the pill? If so, it is likely Doxazosin mesylate 2 mg (NDC 60505-0094). NOTE: the full marking would be 094 on one side and APO on the other. Doxazosin Mesylate is an alpha blocker used to treat high blood pressure and benign prostatic hyperplasia. ## I also found a white oval caplet with 094 and no markings on the other side.
