Has n e one used Topamax For depression? ## I'm on Topamax for depression right now and it seems to be working great for me. ## I have started on Topamax for about a week now for seizure control. I have only had two of them, but we thought this would be the best option since I have two small children at home. I was trying to find information on topamax and antidepressants, I have had the best week. I don't think I ever realized I had a real problem with with obsessive compulsive and anxiety, but I finally broke down on Sunday and my husband and I decided I needed to talk to someone. This was prior to taking the medication. Like I said this was a great week. I can't believe how calm I was and how normal I felt. I didn't know if it was in my head or if there was some type o...

It is normally prescribed in tablet form at the lowest effective dosage, which is then adjusted for the individual, as needed. Can it be taken for ear infection ## Hello, Kim! How are you? If you think you have an ear infection and want to take antibiotics for it that were leftover from treating something else, no you should not do so. The presence of an infection needs to be confirmed by your doctor and then the proper antibiotic prescribed in the proper amount. If you don't have enough to completely eradicate an infection it creates the risk of your developing antibiotic resistant bacteria. Is there anything else I can help with?

This pill looks like it could be 2mg of Xanax. It has 333 and is broke down like a Xanax with the 3 lines. What could this be? ## Hi Kim, What color is this pill you're describing? Knowing the shape could also be helpful as well when comparing possible matches. Is this rectangle shaped? Another question I have if you don't mind my asking is, where did you get the pill from? An origin alone may speak volumes about its potential legitimacy. Unfortunately, I can't do any further investigation until I have more specific details on the pill description...because as of now I'm not seeing any similar pills marked with 333. Buspirone is probably the closest physical match to a 2mg white xanax "bar" that I'm aware of, if that's what you're referring to... Hope...

Hello everyone, can someone please tell me how can I taper of prednisone 10mg. I was giving this medication because of sinus inflammation. My order was one pill a day I only took it for 11days and I don't like the way it make me feel, I was wondering if I can just stop taking the pill and also what is the best non steroidal inflammatory medication. ## Hello, Kim! How are you? You should double check with your prescriber, but usually a taper only needs to be done, if you've been taking it for 3 weeks or more, thus you should be able to just stop taking it. What side effects did you experience? The FDA lists the typical ones from this steroid as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, fluid retention, weight gain, acne, nervousness and insomnia. There really is no best NSAID...

I've recently been diagnosed with pleurisy and arrhythmia and want to know if there is any treatment for pleurisy? ## Hello, Kim! How are you? I am very sorry about the issues you're experiencing. It depends on what's caused the pleurisy, according to NIH reports, the underlying condition that caused it must be treated, in order to resolve the pleurisy. Sometimes it is due to an infection, cancer, congestive heart failure, TB, or other health conditions. Were you prescribed any medications? Were any treatment options suggested?

I've been taking 20 Mg TID of IR generic Adderall > 10 Yrs. Although some "experts" claim they are very, very habit forming, I MUST disagree. Even after +10 Yrs, I have little problem discontinuing the drug at any point. The same goes for benzodiazepines. Possibly it's because I personally adhere or ingest < is directed or skip for weeks on end. This "abuse potential" may be inherent in some. Personally, I believe it is overstating this possibility to "play it safe". The statement, "Drug abusers typically have the tendency to increase the dosage on their own initiative". Which may be true. Most intellegent folks understand that doing that will simply decrease the effectiveness when it is REALLY NEEDED. ## Hello, Kim! How are you? Yes, a pr...

It's typical side effect may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach pain, as reported by the U.S. FDA. Nally, you will most likely need an antibiotic. I have some prednisone I got in 2005 are they still good 10 years later? ## Hi Kim, According a news article from the LA Times, many medications actually remain good for up to 20-40 years past the expiration date, depending on the substance and how they're stored. Harvard Medical School also has a very similar article stating that many medications are good well beyond the 10 year mark. Ref: health.harvard.edu/fhg/updates/update1103a.shtml I don't have a specific list of these exact medications, nor do I encourage taking something that's expired, but often times it seems that the date listed is based on mere speculation and not tested by manufacturers for efficacy past a certain time frame, even if it is still ok to take. Having said that, if 100% efficacy is important to you...

Rather than wait another month I started first pack of Lo Loestrin Fe 2 days after my period ended (started Sunday). Then I started spotting lightly 2 weeks later (very dark brown and very light). Then another week later I got my period which was this past Saturday. It's now Wednesday and the period is very heavy in the am and then almost goes away all day and then heavy again at night. Is this normal? I feel like it's going to go on forever. Normally my period is 3-4 days max and super heavy which is why I started Lo Loestrin. ## Hello, Kimber! How are you? What's the difference in the 3203 and the m360? ## Hi Kim, The most noticeable difference between these two medications is the dosage. M360 contains 750mgs of Acetaminophen, whereas Watson 3203 only contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Aside from that, the only other difference I noticed is that they are manufactured by different companies. Because of this, there may be a slight variation of inactive ingredients. Certain "inactive" ingredients that may or may not be present in each brand are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. And because everyone is different, your body may respond favorably with one medication and not the other, due to how you feel or based on whatever side effects present themselves. NOTE: When you switch brand names or...

My dog is a chawaa and I was wanting to know if I can give her nitrofurantoin mono-mcr 100 mg and if so how much ## Hello, Kimmy? How is your pup doing? Did you mean she's a chihuahua? If so, I would suggest not giving it to her, unless your veterinarian tells you to do so. Chihuahuas are usually tiny and can be very sensitive to medications, thus their dosage needs to be precisely calculated to avoid causing them harm. As reported by the Merck Veterinary Manual, an overdose could result in liver failure, kidney failure, and respiratory distress, any of which has the potential to be fatal. ## May I give my 6kg dog a quarter Alzam due to the cracker noise
