Hi, I have been diagnosed with Scrub typhus and the medication (doxycycline) was started after 15 days (the delay is because of diagnosis) from initial appearance of symptoms. First symptom was a severe throat pain which made difficulty in swallowing even my saliva. Later symptoms like fever (103 F), severe body pain (unbearable at back and limbs), consistent chills, fever and sweating developed and remained with me for more than 2 months. I started to loose weight (around 11 Kilograms in 45 days) and my immune cells were found in elevated levels (double than the normal level). Hemoglobin and RBCs were found reduced than the normal limits. Hi, I am 44 years old male. About 15 days back i felt pain in the middle of the chest towards the heart. Did number of tests including ECHO & Stree Thillium . Results were normal. My weight is 75kgs and height 170 cms. I do exercise like jogging for 3-4 kilometers 3 times a week and do not feel any pain. I have lots of burping. Still heaviness and slight discomfort below the left rib-cage persists. I have been prescribed by the doctor to take Norflox-TZ and Viabact-DS. Is it a correct diagnosis? What is wrong with me?

I am taking omnacortil since 6 months dosage starting from 60mg to 15 mg for a problem SLE.since last month I have noticed that I have gained weight of 5 kilos and my face has swollen considerably and is experiencing severe pains in the shoulders.Will this weight be reduced when the dosage is reduced? ## My 51 years mother is suffering from extensive aorta arteritries.
