First of all, I not only did some research on KeraGro but I also called customer service to make sure I was covering all my bases. The woman I spoke with from customer service told me I would not be charged additionally after the $4.95 in shipping and handling if I were to cancel my account before 14 days. I called to cancel my account the DAY AFTER I RECEIVED the bottle and a different lady in customer service told me I could either send the bottle back or get charged $38 for the trail-bottle. I was blatantly lied to and misinformed. I believe these are grounds to sue. ## This company is a complete scam. I called on the 14th day to cancel. This company is a bunch of crooks. Not only do they not understand the meaning of a free trial. A free trial means you test out the product for 30 days and if you don't like it you can return it. 14 days of taking a supplement isn't long enough to actually see any sort of results. Also when ordering via mobile site the $87.47 charge isn't seen anywhere.. The customer service is horrific. Not even sure if they know what the word customer means or stands for. Their customer service number is 1-800-835-0958. Once you call keep holding on the line, as it will keep repeating their website name (which is annoying). When you talk to someone tell them you want to return the bottle. They should give you a CANCELATION NUMBER. Make sure you write it down. The cancelation number will go on the returned package along with the return address. Also make sure the bottle is unopened.

I have experienced all of the same as all of you ladies commenting. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. No where when you purchase this does it say you have to call or send it back within 14 days, they charge you $5, and then two weeks later, $95!!!! WHAT HAIR VITAMINS COST $100?! NONE! I will never ever order from Keragro ever again. They are a sketchy website that sends your "Free Trial" without telling you that you can't "simply" cancel the trial....I waited patiently for help and then was hung up on after being treated very poorly by their phone staff. Finally, I was directed to either send the bottle of pills back to them, or they could bill me the $87.00 right there. This is the biggest rip off and almost everyone I dealt with at the company was unprofessional!!! I ordered the product and canceled the order once I realized that the product was doing more damage to my hair as it was fraying the ends. Keragro is terrible on many levels. 1. 99.9% customer service reps are rude as hell 2. The mobile website doesn't contain all the info 3. The product doesn't really even work. & 4. They clearly aren't satisfying their customers. I had tried to cancel 3 times within the 14 day trial & was told I couldn't till I physically received the product. I was charged the $87 today.
