How are you? I'm sorry, but there is no listing of doctors according to whether they will or will not prescribe any given medication that I can refer to for you. If you need a narcotic medication on a long-term ongoing basis then due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. Do you currently have a PCP that you see regularly? If so, getting them to refer you to someone might be the easiest thing to do.

I need to find a doc in ky that can help me with my pain. I've been going for years now and they decided to take me off my meds. The doctors want to give me shots in my back and I don't want that. Is there any chronic pain patients from Kentucky or Ohio that are finding themselves with no treatment and no where to turn for help? I am an advocate for pain patients and patients have contacted me saying how they had just moved to one state or the other and called many doctor offices to only be rejected because they are chronic pain patients already. The doctors offices say they are not accepting new patients or that the office does not treat pain. Can you imagine someone with cancer that has called 258 Dr offices and have been turned away because they take opiate medicine for pain? why have doctors in memphis tn stopped prescribing pain meds? ## Based on what's been going on lately in the pharmaceutical world, my guess is that most of the rudimentary doctors have become reluctant to "over-prescribe" narcotics, because they fear that they will loose their licenses upon doing so. My doctor just suddenly passed away and has left all of his patients with no way to get their prescriptions. It was a private practice with no other doctors working with him, just a NP to assist. What is a good medication for Fibromyalgia? I use to actually take a Pain Sucker from my doctor in Kentucky, but since I've moved my doctor won't give it to me. I have a lot wrong with me. I have been addicted to pain meds and have done great on suboxone, until I have my psychotic episodes then nothing helps, and can't find any dr. in kentucky who will prescribe any kind of anti-anxiety meds with suboxone.
