I found 2 pills at a restaurant I work at and am wondering what they are? one is a strange oval shape with E 20 imprint on one side and a deep score on the other it is coated orange. The other pill is coated dark yellow with a normal v imprint on one side and a 20 imprint on the other. I am worried cause a coworker/friend of mine has some health issues and is not answering. Can anyone help me identify these? I'm shocked I can't find either online! ## I'm very sorry, but so far, I've been unable to find a listing for either one of these in any of the databases that I've checked. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these tablets? ## I believe they're vitamins, if you can't find them listed on...

I found several dark green, circular pills/tablets with either a M or W printed on one side. No imprints on the other side. Can you please identify? Thanks. ## With such an obscure imprint, I'm inclined to think that this is some type of over the counter product. However, I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description, so far. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize these?

White oval pill with the numbers 44324 one one side and blank on the other. What is it? ## Hello, Deb! How are you? While I'm having trouble finding any identification for this particular tablet, I can tell you that it is an over the counter product. All tablets that use a 44 on them, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, this company doesn't manufacture any prescription medications. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? If I had to guess, based on the shape, I'd think it was a 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol, but I'm not certain of that. It is commonly used to treat pain and fever, the FDA lists the typical side effects as incl...

It is kinda of reddish white, no markings and I found several in my sons coat pocket... ## Hello, Kd! How are you? If they have no markings, we can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else know what these might be?

My father has some pills and they're unmarked, and I need help getting some information on them. ## Hello, Chonzo! How are you? Without any markings, we can rule them out as being prescription medications, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. That means they are most likely some type of over the counter product. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Did you try asking him about them? ## I found a small unmarked yellow tablet and I cannot find out what it is. Any thoughts or ideas?

As the other person asked. I would like to dye my white pills to quickly identify I sort ny pills in a weekly keeper so I cant leave them in the container they come in. Any suggestions? ## Hello, Eileen! How are you? You can't actually dye the tablets, so to speak, because that would get them wet and cause degradation. The best option would be just to familiarize yourself with the markings on them, so you can recognize them that way. All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. Once you became familiar with the markings on each medication, you can tell at a glance which tablet you've picked up. However, I realize that for some people, that isn't going to be practical, small tablets can be very...

After accusing my wife of taking prescription drugs without a prescription and then settling on a family friend who had recently been over, I found the AZ aspirin bottle the pill had come out of. It is probably aspirin. ## Hi steppenwolf, The closest match I've been able to find is a round yellow pill with the imprint A 266, it has been identified as Dipyridamole (50 mg). There is also a possibility that the pill is a (100 mg) Atenolol Tablet, but I haven't been able to confirm that identification. Manufacturer: Actavis National Drug Code (NDC): 52152-0266 Dipyridamole keeps blood clots from forming after some types of heart surgery. It is also used to prevent strokes and heart attacks. The modified release Dipyridamole is used in conjunction with aspirin (under the trade names ...

What type of medication/vitamin is the pill marked "AARP 371?" ## I'm sorry, but several that use the AARP imprint have been asked about recently and I haven't been able to find identifications for them. It seems that the AARP offers over the counter items to its members at a discount, but since they are OTC, they are not required to log the imprints with the FDA. I'll keep looking and post back as soon as I know anything. Does anyone else recognize this and know what it is?

Found in Canada(if that matters) smallish round pill wit a P inked on one side and a 50 on the other was told it was anti-inflamatory by my daughters boyfriend hoping its not a pain killer Thanks for any help ## Finding an identification for pills from outside the U.S. is difficult. I am familiar with quite a few Canadian tablets, but I am not finding anything for this one. Is there any way you can ask him more specifics on it? Most pills, in the U.S. and Canada with a P followed by numbers are over the counter items. In the meantime, I will keep looking and post, again, if I find anything. ## I sincerely appreciate your efforts

Almost one inch long. 1/4 inch high. Solid green with no makings on it at all. Oval. Deep green almost like a forest Green. ## If there are no markings, it may be difficult to determine exactly what this is, but I will keep looking. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter items. There is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. Where was it found? ## I found a baggie of large dark green oblong shaped pills with no markings in my son's room. hello. Please suggest possible identification of a ROUND, WHITE pill; side 1 is SCORED in half, with the word "WYETH" (all uppercase) on both UPPER HALF, and LOWER half of pill; on SIDE 2: a script letter "W" inside an outlined box. ## Hello, Pamela! How are you? I'm sorry, but so far, I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description. It may be a foreign medication, because Wyeth offers many medications in countries throughout the world. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. I found a small orange pill with sm on one side and a line to cut it in half on the other in my step sons gym bag. Looked it up could not find it anywhere on web Please help ## Hi Joey, From what information I could gather, this pill is supposed to be DBol, also known as Dianabol. Dianabol is a very strong oral and injectable steroid; so it may be in your best interest to keep that pill away from your step son. Controversially, I am unable to verify that this identification is 100% spot on, due to the lack of available information on it. However it does appear to be the only possible result based on my research. Hopefully someone else on here who has the pill can verify that this is correct, but I wouldn't take any chances with the high likelihood.

There is something on the front but it's broke in half looks like it could be a R. On the back it's got a line in the middle and the first 2 numbers are 20.
