I had very bad backache last week at work. A friend of mine gave me 4 white pills with the letter k38 on one side of the white pill. She told me it would help. Will it help and should I take one or throw them away? thanks in advance ## arthra d info ## K30 contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs of Caffeine, commonly used to treat migraines and tension headaches, it is an over the counter item. This is the same amount of Acetaminophen in extra strength Tylenol. Colleen, are you referring to the informercial product ArthRID-IT? If so, this is an herbal supplement that they claim helps with arthritis pain. It contains: Celadrin, Trolamine, Dimethicone, Chondroitin, MSM, Glucoasmine, Aloe Vera and Emu Oil. Round white pill ## father was given this for pain? ## This is just a regular over the counter Acetaminophen tablet 500mgs, an equivelent to Extra Strength Tylenol.
