K 8 Dosage

I have been taking 1,500mg of MSM in the morning and 1,500mg in the afternoon for the past two weeks. I was wondering if I could take 3,000 or 4,000mg in the morning and the same in the afternoon. I am taking it for psoriasis. It has helped some with joint pain, but not at all for my skin. Has anyone bumped the dosage up to 6,000mg or 8,000mg in divided dosage daily? ## MSM is actually just a nutritional supplement and I have never heard of it actually helping with any type of skin issues, though it is naturally present in joints and supplementing it can help with such problems, for some people. That said, the general maximum recommended daily amount is 4.000mgs in equal divided daily doses. Have you consulted your doctor about how much you should use?

How much eno should be given to 5 year old kid to relieve stomach pain? ## ENO is an over the counter antacid containing sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), and citric acid. According to the manufacturer's product page, "ENO powder is indicated for adults and children who are at least 12-years-old." What is the correct dosage of zithromyacin ## What type of infection is being treated? In most cases, Azithromycin is given in one dose of 500mgs the first day, then 250mgs for 6 additional days, but this can vary if the infection is very severe.

I'm pretty sure the medication you want is only available by prescription. Have you checked with any pharmacies in your area for something similar? More than likely if you have a condition or infection that requires an antibiotic as strong as Penicillin, you should make an appointment with your doctor anyways and he should be able to prescribe it to you.

I am taking 7.5 mg of mobic once a day and my dr. increased the dosage to 15mg. once a day. Wouldn't it be better to take 1 7.5mg in the a.m. and another 7.5mg in the early evening ? ## My question is the same as Jan's. Can I take 7.5 mg bid for better relief and coverage. I take 15 mg in am and then by night time, the pain is severe again and I cannot sleep. ## yes you can take 1 7.5 in the am and one in the pm. In doing so you will be able to keep the med in your system and it will work threw out the day versus it only helping for part of the day. But, it really doesn't cause a high or anything in most people that take it. It should have an effect similar to sedation. When prescribed most common drugs you either are given one tablet 3 times a day or one tablet 4 times a day to take . I was told that tablets are taken on a 12 hour cycle if so that would mean one tablet 3 times a day would be one every 4 hours (3 x 4 =12) so one 4 times a day would be one every 3 hours (4 x 3 = 12) IS THIS CORRECT. my son, aged 27 yrs has been diagnosed with gqwtric ulcerws. he has been pr3escribed ampoxillin 1000mg , claribid500 mg , protodac and pan40 (twice daily) for 14 days. after 10 days,he has been shoqing signs of improvement. should the medicines be continued for another week? will he require antibiotics also? after 14 days, he is still having pain , with less intensity. ## The Claribid contains Clarithromycin, so it and the Amoxicillin are antibiotics. I had a total thyroidectomy a little over a year ago followed by radioactive iodine just to be sure it was all dead and gone. Before my thyroid cancer I was in pretty good shape as I am a college athlete. Since the surgery I have gained 20 to 30 pounds. People said once I got my tsh levels right I would lose the weight but I only stopped gaining, not losing. I have a bacterial pink eye infection. can i use this to get rid of it? if so what is the dosage? ## Hi melinda, Pota-Vi-Kin is a foreign brand name of Penicillin. I'm not sure what dosage of it you have there, but pink eye is almost always viral in origin; meaning that antibiotics won't have any effect on it anyways, since they are only good for bacterial infections and not viruses. (So only if you had a really rare pink eye from susceptible bacteria would this be effective). Have you tried any natural remedies or other medications yet?

I have been on 50 mcg of synthroid for a few months as I didnt know I even had a thyroid issue but this month after my labs were drawn they raised it to 88 mcg, what ate some factors that could affect it in such a way to increase it so much?
