SMALL ORANGEISH ROUND THICK ## what is your question?? ## Well, it CANNOT be a 25mg Oxycodone, since they don't make them in that dosage. If you wish to know what this pill is, you will have to post back and provide the imprint from the tablet. The colors mean NOTHING so we cannot tell you any information from what you have provided.

My brother was on OXYCONTIN blue generic k57 40 mg for torn muscles~ he weighed 252 pounds & was prescribed 30 pills by physician~ we'll to make long story short he took 3 bc of severe pain and died in sleep, how can a man his weight have his heart stop by taking a small amount when he weighs so much? Have they changed? They were once yellow but heard genres are bluish & stronger than real ones? ## Hello, Jack! How are you? I am so sorry for your loss, that's so tragic. The tablet with the K 57 marking is manufactured by KVK Tech and they list them as containing only 20mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizzin...

its for pain its a oval shaped pill with gx es7 on it i would like to know what it is and what is made of ## Well this is definitely NOT Oxycodone. Pill Image This is called Ceftin it is 250mgs, the active ingredient is called Cefuroxime, it is a Cephalosporin class antibiotic. This treats many different types of infections, including respiratory, but it is definitely not, any type of narcotic drug. ## By the way, I am not sure who told you it was for pain, but it does not fall under that classification either, as I said, just an antibiotic. The only way it will help pain, is if the pain is being caused by an infection, and after a few days of taking this antibiotic and it starts to work, then the pain will naturally ease, as it would with any antibiotic once it started working and defe...

Was on 360 30mg Oxycodones a month for 5 years. Doctor has now switched me to 240 30mg Oxycodone and 25mcg Fentanyl patches. I seem to be hurting worse since going on the patches. I go back Thursday for refills should I ask him to change anything? ## Hello, Blazer! How are you? That's very unusual, that would be 12 a day. 240 is still 8 a day, which isn't the typical amount prescribed, either. Fentanyl is much stronger than Oxycodone, but it is a time released patch, so it will not hit you all at once, like the Oxycodone did. The FDA classifies these medications as narcotic analgesics, so they have potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. You may be dealing with some rebound pain from lowering yo...

Oxycodone HCL 5mg tablet expires 9/25/2010...Is this dangerous to take if expired? ## Certain drugs are actually okay to take after expiration, whereas others such as antibiotics can become toxic. My personal assumption is that it lost a good percentage of its potency by now, having been 2 years past the expiration date. It may still be effective, but not nearly as potent. It's also impossible to give a direct answer to this question, since each medication can effect people differently. We all know that it's better to avoid the expired drugs and stay on the safe side, but unfortunately, the only way to find out is to actually try it. I wouldn't suggest taking that risk, but if you have no other option then it's probably worth a shot. There's a good little article lin...

Oxycodone IS the generic & it will run about $250. There ARE different generics out there, & one of them is horrible! I need a doc who will write roxi/oxicodone in NYC, Have Mri. Dont mind up to $250 for visit for month supply of 30's or 60's. Will pay up to 350 a visit for 90 day script. Am legitimately in pain.ecywi ## I'm sorry, but the first piece of news I have for you is that they can't give you a 90 day prescription, the drug laws for controlled substances only allow doctors to write them for a maximum of 30 days and you have to be seen at an evaluation appointment each month to get a new prescription. Learn more Oxycodone details here. Additionally, under the new laws, if you require long-term pain management treatment, you'll have to see a pain management specialist. The prescription for oxycodone 20 mg said take one every 4 to 6 hours as needed for the total amount of tablets are 90 so when could it be filled again how many days supply would this be? ## To be safe every 25 days can be repeated ## Hello, Jean! How are you? Since it's to be taken on an as needed basis, then it is most likely meant to be a 30 day supply, but your pharmacy can let you know for sure. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
