can i take my regular dose of 0.5 ativan with ip 119? ## Have you checked with your doctor, or pharmacist? Ativan contains Lorazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine and taking it with the Hydrocodone in the other tablets may cause increased depression of the central nervous system, which may result in lowered blood pressure, pulse rate and respiratory rate. Thus, you should check with your doctor, before mixing them.

The pill is round and white. it has 119 on it w an upside down V or triangle that has a P in the middle of the triangle. Someone told me it was methadone. but I've never seen a done look like that. ## Hi mimi, The upside down V with a P in the middle, sounds like it may be a logo from Advanced Pharma. I would suggest contacting them directly (via the link below) to inquire about the logo you're describing: advancedpharma.net/Default.aspx I recently saw another post here in the forums where someone was describing the upside down V and P and it turned out to be from that manufacturer, so I have a hunch that it's advancedpharma, but I guess we'll see. I was prescribed 10/500 lortab and I got the generic. They have always been blue and bigger in size than the 5mg or the 7.5mg, but this is white and smaller like a 5, nothing on the front and on the back on the left it says 1P, and on the right it says 119, so it looks like 1P 119.
