It is supposed to be good for arthritis and joint pains. It is a capsule in a blue and yellow jar. ## I wonder if it trustworthy before I order it. Quite often they only want the money. I think I may have strained something. Have numbness and pain in hip joint. Have on hand Flexeril, Voltaren, Voltaren gel, Robaxin Prednisone and Lorcet. Have used heating pad and tens unit with gel. No relief. Trying not to have to go to doctor. Will any of these meds be effective alone or in combination? Never had the numbness before---skin hurts to touch. ## Seeing a doctor would be your best option, to be honest. Flex Protex ## Flex Protex D? Why would it work? ## It is a supplement, not a drug, therefore there has been no testing done to prove that it does work. Some of the ingredients include: Yucca, Frankincense and Ashwagandha. It is touted as being an all natural pain reliever that is good for your joints. Are there any other questions?

This is an over the counter holistic product that is claimed to help with joint health, when originally purchased, you'd get a tube of the gel, as well as a bottle of capsules to take. The manufacturers list them both as containing natural organic silica, queen of the meadow extract and black currant. Since the FDA only classifies this as a supplement, that means it isn't actually proven to help with anything. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Rub it on wherever you have arthritic pain. It's the best thing available.

It is not proven to actually help, but many people say it does. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## I take glucosiamine with MSM, is this any different than glucosaiine with chondroitin ? What is an oval white pill marked with 300c? ## This is glucosonate sulfin (sp?). It is 500mg and used to keep joints from getting stiff by providing more of a fluidity for movement. ## I believe the more common name for it is now Glucosamine, often sold in supplements along Chondroitin and sometimes MSM as a joint/flexibility supplement such as Joint Flex, and etc.

I am diabetic patient 64 yrs old and have slipdisk problem, back pain which i under went operation in 2001. My major problem now is numbness now on my toes .i took mecobalamin 500mcg for 6 month now but no changes in condition. Can i still continue taking mecobalamin 500mcg ? Please advice.thank you ## These are just nutritional supplements, so there should no be any problem taking them. But the NIH warns that they may cause nausea, and diarrhea, due to their potency.
