Dear sir ' my age is 48 year ,i have lower calf stiffness problem,doctor prescribed joincerin m (diacerein,glucosamine and msm) for helping cartilage regenerate,but after taking 5 tablets I have pain in both knees upper thighs, hands.I have stopped taking dose..please help me if is this side effect then how long it will..one month pass but still pain..

Chocholate color capsule, dr told me to take this as i got knee pain ## I feel pain in my right knee on the right or left side for last 3/4 months.I used to go for a morning walk or use trade mill at a speed of 4/5 kmph for 30/40 minutes every day.
