details of synasma 400 mg

I am a patient with hypertension for ther past 50 years. I am 80 yrs old (female). - live alone. I hsve a good family doctor. Am on Amlong H, concor cor 2.5 mg; ecosprin 150mg, and Atorsave 10 mg. I have been having shortage of breath for the past 6 years. It has increased now and my doctor has told me to take Synasma 400 mg half tablet twice a day for 10 days. I am curious to know what this drug is for. Thank you.
