I have been taking 200mg of Epitech at night together with two Ivedal sleeping tablets. I seem to suffer from sleepwalking/sleepeating and doing weird and wonderful things without knowing about these and only know about it when I am told in the morning. Has anyone experienced this and if so what has been the recommended "fix" for this? ## The likely culprit here is the Ivedal, it contains the active ingredient Zolpidem. It has been known to cause these types of effects, in some people and, at least in the U.S. and Canada, is warned about in the drug monograph. Taking 2 of them may be too much for you. I took zolphihexal 10mg as a sleeping pil, but it do not word for me - i'm still not sleeping. ## This medication contains the active ingredient Zolpidem, which is used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Both have zolpidem in them,zolpidem never worked for me but zolpihexal and Ivedal worked for me
