Ivan' get to the bathroom in time, and because of knee arthritis and back nerve impingement can't lie on the floor. I will be using mag citrate first. Can fleet enema be taken on the toilet? ## Hello, Based on my research, Fleet Enema (Sodium Biphosphate + Sodium Phosphate) is meant to be taken rectally. So unless you're able to get ahold of the oral (solution) version of the drug, I'm not sure how you'd be able to properly administer it while remaining in a sitting position, if that's what you're referring to? However, for convenience purposes you may want to eventually consider trying the oral product. I hope this helps!

My mail order pharmacy has said Ivan no longer makes verapamil sr. How can I get the 240 tablets in a brand name? ## Hello, BK! How are you? To get the brand name, you need your doctor to write the prescription as 'brand medically necessary' or whatever the equivalent is in your state, sometimes the phrasing varies, but your doctor will know what you're talking about. There are other generics available, though. There is one manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals, one from Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, one from Glenmark, one from Apotex and several others. Verapamil is a calcium channel blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and increased urination. Is there anything els...

I took a half a valium 10mg 15 days ago, is it still working in my body? ## Hi Ivan, From what I could gather, "the reported half-life of diazepam is listed at 43 hours (give or take 13 hours), but actually has a range as broad as 40-100 hours if you include the contribution from active metabolites; whereas Diazepam is metabolized into nordiazepam with an estimated half-life of 40-99 hours." Ref: nhtsa.gov/people/injury/research/job185drugs/diazepam.htm Given such a long half-life, lets just use 48 hours (or 2 days) as an example half-life for determining how long 10mgs will remain active in your body. On day 1: say you took 10mgs On day 3 (or 2 days later): 5mgs will be left On day 5: 2.5mgs will be left On day 7: 1.75mgs will be left On day 9: 0.875mgs will be left And if you ...

Which would you say is the more powerful combatant for pain, df118 or percocets? ## Hello, Ivann! How are you? Codeine and it's immediate relatives, such as the Dihydrocodeine in this are actually very weak, so the Percocet is a stronger analgesic. The Oxycodone is 10 times stronger to be more precise. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

I am on Lyrica but I read somewhere that it affects libido and it increases depression and suicidal thinking. Please let me if u have such experience. Thanks. ## Hello, Ivan! How are you? The U.S. FDA does list those as being possible side effects of it, as well as nausea, dizziness, mood swings and weight gain. However, not everyone experiences all the side effects of any given medication. Have you had any problems with it? Can anyone else that's taken it chime in?
